Kildare Town debut

Kildare Town, the newest layout of the SDMRC, made its debut exhibition appearance at the North Down MRC show in April where it won the Best Operating Layout award. The layout depicts the station in the modern era with the adjoining infrastructure depot and a detailed and lively local match in the adjoining GAA grounds. Work is continuing on adding further detail to the layout which it is intended to exhibit again at the Friends of Cultra exhibition next November.
